happy eid

Welcome,
EID is getting closer and I think it's time to create wonderful cards for this great celebration!!! The card I made today is very new to my style and I just LOVED it :)
The cardstock, patterned paper, alphabets and the flowers were all distressed giving a beautiful vintage look. Here is the card:

what a PRETTY card! i love the text background, the cluster of flowers with the one focal piece and the way you've shifted the alphas so they're not all straight. great job with a new style! thanks so much for joining our Distressing challenge at Make it Crafty! :)

I think you did a wonderful job with your new style of distressing. The flowers look great and I love how you composed them. Just a tip when distressing the edges. It may be the photo but if you add a slightly darker ink to your sentiment card it would really help it pop off the page. At the moment the dark ink for the corner stamp grabs your attention first but if you added the darker edge it would pop the whole sentiment off. Thanks for joining our Make it Crafty technique challenge. hugs xxoo
